Salon Policies


Please arrive early or on time for your appointment to ensure your service runs as smoothly as possible.


If possible, please notify the salon 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.

Our goal is to provide all of our guests with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We prefer that your cell phone is used in the reception area only.


We love families and children, however, we do not provide childcare. If you must bring your child(ren), they must be well behaved and have adult supervision at all times.


Gratuities are appreciated. Our stylists can accept cash or personal checks; alternately, gratuities can be applied to your debit card payment.


If at any time you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we can make it right. Our primary objective is to keep our clients happy and satisfied.


We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard credit cards with proper identification. Our personal check reading service is temporarily down but please note there will be a $30 fee for all returned checks once our system is functioning.

professional retail policy

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the exception of Kerastase Paris. Unfortunately Kerastase Paris does not allow us to accept returns on their products.
